Your Privacy is Our Priority
At Peeply, we believe your relationships and your contacts are deeply personal. That's why we've made a deliberate decision to keep your data exactly where it belongs — on your device, not stored in any other place.
What Data We Collect
Peeply requests access to your iOS Contacts for the sole purpose of transferring them into the Peeply app. This import happens on your device, initiated by you, and only when you explicitly grant permission.
Within the app, you may also manually enter: New Contacts, Last one-to-one interaction dates, any updates to a contact's information, and additional notes.Where Your Data Lives
All of your Peeply data — including your imported contacts, interaction dates, and any notes — is stored locally on your device only. Your data is never transmitted to other servers and never shared with third parties. Your contact information never leaves your device.
Important: What Happens If You Delete the App
Because your data is only stored locally on your device, if you delete the Peeply app the contact information you have imported into Peeply will permanently delete. Deleting Peeply, even after importing your contacts, WILL NOT affect your contacts data in your native device.
In future releases Optional iCloud backup will be available for Peeply users providing the ability to preserve data across devices and app reinstalls.
Contacts Permission
Peeply requests access to your iOS Contacts only when you explicitly initiate the import process. We access only the standard contact fields (name, phone, email, address, birthday, notes, and photo). We do not read your call history, messages, or any communication content.
You can revoke Contacts access at any time in your iPhone Settings.
Notifications
Peeply may send you a daily notification to remind you of your Person of the Day. You control this permission and can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
In-App Purchases
Peeply offers subscription plans managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple.
Children's Privacy
Peeply is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date above and notify users through the app where appropriate.

Terms of Service - March 2026By downloading or using Peeply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Peeply Is
Peeply is a personal relationship organization app that helps you maintain meaningful connections with the people in your life. Peeply works alongside your iOS Contacts and is not a replacement for the iOS Contacts app.
Your Account
Peeply does not currently require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and your data.
Subscriptions and Payments
Peeply offers the subscription options:
Getting Started: $10 per month
Most Popular: $80 per year
Lifetime: $200 one-time purchase for lifetime access.All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple directly.
Your Data
All data you enter into Peeply is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will permanently delete all of your Peeply data but will not affect the contents of your native device contacts. Peeply is not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device loss, or device damage.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Peeply only for its intended personal relationship management purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Contacts Permission
By approving import of your iOS Contacts into the Peeply app, you authorize the app to import your contact information for display and organization within the app. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Peeply is owned by Peeply, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Peeply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peeply, LLC or any of its employees or owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes through the app where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
